Createful Heart Digis & Design Dec. 15th 2017

Welcome to my blog. I am so happy you dropped by.  I hope you will like my Coffee Buddies as they are so inviting. As a DT member for Createful Heart Digis & Designs I chose this image because of the cheerful smiles of the Hippos.

I used the prismacolor pencils for my image. The words, Joy, Peace and Noel I used embossing powder. The background is from a 12x12 sheet of winter paper. The snowflake is from my stash.
Thanks again for stopping by my blog.

Createful Heart Digis & Designs Challenge #4

Hello Crafty bloggers! Today I finished my challenge #4 of which I chose the Snow Family simply because I just love their smiling faces. I thought it would make a cheerful Christmas card. Be sure to go over to Createful Heart Digis & Designs for this cute family and other wonderful digis.
Now let me show you my completed card.  I used Prismacolors pencils.

For the snow at the bottom I used Liquitex Glass Beads.  The words Merry Christmas were cut using my Cuttlebug.  I printed image onto white cardstock and mounted onto red cardstock as my base. Please check out our new challenge and I hope will join us.

Blessings,
Geneva (Neva)

Createful Heart Digis & Designs Challenge #2

Hello Everyone,
Here is my 2nd card as a Design Team Member for Createful Heart Digis & Design challenge.  I had so much fun with my first time that I was excited even more to do this one.
For this challenge I chose Cuppa Cocoa Mice. This one appealed to me especially now with the approaching Fall and everything else that comes with it. Also, I love the little animal Characters Mary Smith, our owner/creator, has designed as well as her other digis. Enough said..
On with my card.

I took a piece of chipboard and adhered a sheet of burlap to it. I took black washi tape to outline the board, drawing attention to the image. I further added trimming to the image to give it more of a centered look.  Then, my embellishment.
Now, I need to pass this invite to a BFF. Smile

Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope that you will join in on our challenge!

May you be blessed!

Createful Heart August 15th Challange

Today starts our very first blog challenge of Createful Heart Digis and Design.  Mary created Serenity.  I decided to make a little vintage with mine.  My focus is on the butterfly on Serenity's shoulder.  I found some vintage design paper with butterflies on it as well as a beautifully crocheted butterfly.
Here is the finished product; my card.
Thank you for stopping by my blog and checking out what new challenge we have.
It starts the 15th of each month and ends the 14th of each month.

Have a blessed week!

Stylish 1920's woman Project

Hello everyone,
Being very new in the "digital world", I took the plunge and joined this fun website,
Createful Heart digis and designs. With this in mind, here is my project.

The digi that was introduced as a mini challenge in July is called the Stylish 1920's woman.

This is the current freebie offered in our fb mini challenge.

To receive the digi, you must like and follow the Createful

Heart Digis & Design Facebook page. And, be sure to follow the Blog too, because next
month will begin the challenges over there.

I racked my brain trying to figure out what I can do with this one. Looking at her face

she looks ready to shop.  I decided to make a display 8x10 photo from the digi.  That is
the reason for the added telephone and phrase above.
